Service overview

This provides customers with account inquiry and management functions. Customers can check the recent account balance movements, as well as assets and liability with SRCB.

Function introduction

This includes deposit account inquiry, account detail inquiry, assets/liability inquiry and income/expense consolidated inquiry.

a)¡¡Deposit account inquiry: 24-hour service for account information such as account number, account opening branch, account balance, etc.

b)¡¡Account detail inquiry: you can check intraday and historical transaction records, as well as downloading and printing the records.

c)¡¡Assets/liability inquiry: you can check your total assets and liability balance at SRCB.

d)¡¡Income/expense consolidated inquiry: you can consolidate cash inflow/outflow of your account for a certain period of time.

Important notice

SRCB keeps account inquiry information of registered accounts for as long as 6 months.
