Personal Telephone Banking

Personal customers can call SRCB Hotline 021-962999 anytime anywhere for customer service. SRCB Telephone Banking provides information inquiry for Wish Bank Card, All-in-one cashbook, Investment and financial planning, Loan and etc, as well as loss-reporting, fund transfer, mobile phone recharge, etc.
If you have any problem during the operation, you can call for staff service. SRCB service representatives are ready to provide you with business information and resolve your problems. You can also make suggestions on product and service or make complaints through the Hotline.

1. Wish Card business
1) Service Overview: when you entered Wish Card menu, you can check Wish card account balance, make fund transfer, report loss and enjoy other value-added services.
2) Functionalities
i. Account Enquiry: you can check account balance and transaction details of your current account, as well as the basic information and transaction details of your fixed term deposit accounts. You can also ask for account balance and transaction details information through facsimile.
ii. Fund transfer: you can transfer fund from one Wish card to another, or transfer fund among several accounts under one card.
iii. Value-added service: you can recharge mobile phone, open up SMS service, or buy welfare lottery through telephone banking.
iv. Loss-reporting: you can report loss of your wish card, cashbook or other card through telephone banking.
v. Change inquiry password: you can change your wish card password through telephone banking.
3) Kind reminders
i. There're two types of password, Inquiry password and Cash withdrawal password. When you’re using telephone banking Wish card function, the initial password is Wish card withdrawal password. For safety considerations, you’re asked to set wish card inquiry password when using the system for a first time. Upon completion you can use all the functions.
ii. When you’re using telephone banking wish card functions, if you enter wrong inquiry password for 3 successive times, the account is frozen. You have to come to SRCB branch to release with personal ID certificates and wish card.
iii. If you forget wish card inquiry password, you have to come to SRCB branch to reset password with personal ID certificates and wish card.
iv. If you want to transfer fund from one wish card to another using telephone banking, the outward card holder must have opened up telephone banking fund transfer function at SRCB branch with personal ID certificates and wish card, and should register for the fund incoming wish card. For the safety of fund, the fund incoming card can only be registered at SRCB branch counter.

2. Fixed term all-in-one cashbook
1) Service Overview: you can check account information and report loss for all-in-one cashbook under fixed term all-in-one cashbook menu.
2) Function Introduction
i. Account inquiry: you can inquiry transaction details and ask for fax copy.
ii. Loss-reporting: you can report loss of fixed term all-in-one cashbook timely.
3) Kind reminders
i. For fixed term all-in-one cashbook, there’s only one password. Inquiry password and cash withdrawal password are the same. The password can not be changed through telephone banking. You have to come to SRCB branch with your fixed term all-in-one cashbook to change the password.
ii. If you forget your fixed term all-in-one cashbook password, you have to report password loss at SRCB branch with personal ID certificates and fixed term all-in-one cashbook.

3. Investment and financial planning
1) Service Overview: you can check account information of the Saving Treasury Bond you’ve invested in.
2) Function Introduction
You can check the account balance and ask for fax copy of the bond you’ve invested in, check account status, account information and bond information.

4. Loan Inquiry
1) Service Overview: you can check personal loan basic information, last repayment and next repayment through telephone banking.
2) Kinder reminders: when you are checking loan information, you need to input your loan account number, repayment wish card number and its inquiry password.
