1) Service overview
This refers to the self-service facilities SRCB installs around Shanghai. It provides with 24-hour self-service such as cash deposit & withdrawal, fund transfer, balance inquiry, password changing, bill payment and etc. The self-service facilities include ATM, CDS and multimedia self-service terminals. At the moment, SRCB has deployed more than 900 such facilities around Shanghai, and achieves 24-hour customer service.
2) Functionalities introduction
This includes services such as cash deposit & withdrawal, fund transfer, utility bill payment, mobile phone recharge, inquiry and transaction record print-out.
a) Deposit: SRCB bank card holders can make cash deposit at all CDS.
b) Withdrawal: bank card holders can make cash withdrawal at all ATM and CDS. Single withdrawal is limited to RMB 3000, and daily accumulated withdrawal is limited to RMB 20000, or 8 times of withdrawal.
c) Bank card fund transfer: card holders can make transfer fund using SRCB and other banks cards on all ATM, CDS and multimedia self-service terminals.
d) Utility bill payment: card holders can pay utility bill on multimedia self-service terminals.
e) Mobile phone recharge: card holders can recharge for mobile phone using SRCB bank cards on all ATM, CDS and multimedia self-service terminals.
f) Inquiry: card holders can check account balance of all CUP cards on all SRCB ATM, CDS and multimedia self-service terminals.
g) Transaction record print-out: card holders can print out past transaction records on SRCB cashbook using multimedia self-service terminals.
