Repayment through SRCB channel

 Automatic Repayment

If you have a personal settlement account with our bank or have SRCB debit card (“Ruyi Card”), you may apply for automatic repayment functionality. We will automatically deduct the specified amount from your personal settlement account or Ruyi Card with your authorization to make repayment for your Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank World and Platinum Travel Card statement on due date every month; if you have simultaneously opened the functionality of automatic purchases of foreign exchange to make repayment, your designated repayment account will automatically make full repayment of the USD statement of your credit card on due date.

 Telephone Transfer Repayment

You may open Telephone Transfer Repayment functionality by calling our 24-hours Customer Service Hotline at 021-962999 (customers outside of Shanghai please call 4006-962999) and authorize our bank to deduct from your personal RMB settlement amount to repay your RMB and USD statement.

 Transfer Repayment Via Online Banking

Customers who opened SRCB personal internet banking functionality with an e-banking certificate can make credit card repayment through the RMB settlement account via Credit Card Internet Banking or “Credit Card Repayment” functionality of Professional Version of Personal Internet Banking.

 Make Repayment Via Self-service Machines

You can make repayment on your SRCB credit card by making deposit or transfer via SRCB self-service machines.

 Make Repayment Over the Counter

You can make repayment at any outlet of our bank with your identity documents and Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank World and Platinum Travel Card. If you need to purchase foreign exchange to repay your USD statement, we will purchase USD at spot rate of that day and deposit into your USD credit card account.

Other Repayment Channels

 Credit Card Repayment Through Online Payment Platforms

Credit Card Payment via Alipay: Please log on to www.alipay.com and complete the repayment information on Alipay credit card repayment page to make repayment with the debit card of any bank supporting Alipay online payment functionality.

Credit Card Payment through 99bill.com: Please log on to www.99bill.com and complete the repayment information on 99bill credit card repayment page to make repayment with the debit card of any bank supporting 99bill online payment functionality.

Note：* Alipay supports real-time repayment; 99Bill.com support T+2 repayment model, and the fund will
        be repaid to your SRCB credit card account within 2 days. Therefore, please make repayment
         2 days earlier before due date.

      * Please make sure that you opened online payment function of your debit card.

      * Credit card repayment through Alipay platform only supports RMB repayment. If you need to make USD repayment, please refer to "USD repayment".

 Repayment Via Other Banks’ Online Banking

You can make credit card repayment to through other banks’ online banking.

USD Repayment

 Using Extra Payment to Purchase Foreign Exchange to Make Repayment

Please call our 24-hours Customer Service Hotline at 021-962999 (customers outside of Shanghai please call 4006-962999) and authorize the bank to purchase foreign exchange with the extra payment of your RMB Priority Platinum Card to make repayment of your USD MasterCard statement.

 Automatically Purchasing Foreign Exchange to Make Repayment on Due Date

You may provide your debit card number for repayment when applying for Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank World and Platinum Priority Travel Card and agree to open the function of "Automatically Purchasing Foreign Exchange to Make Repayment on Due Date"; or you may open the service of "Automatically Purchasing Foreign Exchange to Make Repayment on Due Date" by telephone or via online banking. You can also go to any outlet of our bank to open "Automatically Purchasing Foreign Exchange to Make Repayment on Due Date" over the counter with your ID card, credit card, settlement account or Ruyi card. After the function of "Automatically Purchasing Foreign Exchange to Make Repayment on Due Date" takes effect, your designated account for repayment will be automatically make repayment for the USD statement on due date.

For example, assuming there are overdraft debts on your MasterCard USD World Card, but no debt on your RMB Priority Platinum Card, you can make repayment via following ways:

Using extra payment to repay: You can deposit money into your RMB Priority Platinum Card and purchase foreign exchange to make repayment by calling our 24-hours Customer Service Hotline at 021-962999 (customers outside of Shanghai please call 4006-962999);

Purchasing foreign exchange to repay: If there are deposits on your Ruyi Card or RMB settlement account, you can make repayment by automatically purchasing foreign exchange through online banking or telephone, or you can go to any of our bank's outlets which support foreign exchange purchasing service to make repayment over the counter.

USD repayment: You can make repayment over the counter of our bank with US dollars and your identity documents.
